Accommodation
All 70 en-suite rooms and  suites are spacious, fully air-conditioned  and  tastefully
furnished in a relaxed Zanzibar style. All offer terrace or balcony, refrigerator and safety deposit boxes.
 
Standard rooms are located on the ground floor with terrace and garden views, deluxe rooms are located closer to the beach. Suites are located on the upper floor with large balcony and sun beds, walk in dressing room, and large bathrooms.
 
 
Facilities
The hotel has four restaurants, three bars and a coffee lounge. The Frangipani Spa is located in  tropical gardens and offers a world-class selection of facilities and health and beauty treatments.
 
There is also a marine activity center, PADI scuba diving center, TV room showing satellite sports (no TV in rooms), fitness centre, floodlit tennis court, telephone and fax service available at reception (no telephones in rooms) and low key cultural entertainment by local dancers and musicians. The Breakers Grill: Beach front restaurant under the palm trees on the seafront. Live open Grill and Tandoori Oven
 
The Tides: Private beach front dining for two in an intimate setting offering personalized service and a special menu for two.
 
Salama Dining Room: Full buffet breakfast every morning. Half Board restaurant serving four course table service dinner with two starters, a choice of main  course and  dessert. Four ‘theme buffet dinners’ are organized  per week: Swahili Night, BBQ Night, Spices Evening & Indian  Ocean  Night with  varying  décor and entertainment.
 
The Chai Lounge: Coffee, tea and cakes served every day in the Tea and Coffee Lounge at a charge.
 
The Baraza Bar: A Fine Whiskey & Cigar Bar accompanied with Shishas and Liquers in a dramatic setting.
 
Sundowners: Glass of wine & canapés served in the room in the evenings is available at a charge and can be ordered at reception.
 
The Sultans Table: Excellent restaurant, serving a variety of delicacies from the Indian Ocean served in an exotic fusion of Indian, Swahili and Asian spices. The exotic restaurant is set on stilts with a beautiful view of the sea. It features its own private bar decorated in Omani style
