Masoala National Park

Located in the north eastern region of Madagascar, Masoala National Park is where rainforest meets the water, giving a totally unique experience for people visiting this area.  This is the largest National Park on the island, covering an area of 2,300 sqkm on land and with an additional 100 sqkm of protected marine waters which are home to beautiful coral reefs, wildlife and are a breeding ground for humpback whales during July-Sept.
