A swimming pool set in tropical gardens is a key feature of the Kigali Serena Hotel. For active guests the Health Centre provides a contemporary fitness centre with an aerobics studio. There is also a steam room, sauna, male and female spa with plunge pool and a salon with a variety of massage and beauty treatments.

The main lounge area features a pianist in the evenings making this a lovely area to sit and enjoy an after-dinner drink. There are two dining options at the hotel and something to suit all tastes with its mix of international and Rwandese dishes. The Milima Restaurant is one of Kigali’s most popular dining venues and it has a great quality buffet breakfast, buffet lunch (Mon to Fri) and table d’hote and a la carte dinner. The vibrant Sokoni Cafe / Bar is open all day for snacks and beverages. It is a lively meeting place with live music and entertainment and it attracts guests to relax and enjoy cocktails by the poolside.
